Do you need the copier to have the ability to print on both sides without you messing with the paper? Is the printer compatible with your system at work so that the employees can access it from their computer work stations?

As with any large purchase, buying a multifunction color copier is an investment and one that needs to be made carefully. Choose a company with a good reputation for the kind of quality and service you are looking for. You will be grateful in the long run for any research you do before making your purchase.
