Are you in the market looking for a new copy machine? You know that there are many ways to go about selecting a copier. Copier sales come in different sizes and shapes, from new, to redecorated or discount, sold by manufacturers themselves or by a dealer, down to the leasing agents. Do your research. Read about products of interest online. Find out all you can. Read the reviews of people who currently use the copier you’re interested in. Be aware while reading reviews, though, that someone who is dissatisfied or thrilled with a product may not have the same needs you do!

Once you have an idea of what you are looking at it’s time to talk to copier sales representatives. They are best able to give you comparisons between different brands and models. Tell them what you are looking for and they can help you decide what will work best in your office.

Keep in mind when talking with copier sales reps that they can be very helpful, but the ultimate decision is up to you. Take their advice into close consideration, but don’t forget about the research you’ve done on your own. Be sure to use that in combination with what the sales rep tells you.
